This page describes the methods of managing the site with regards to the processing of personal data of users who consult it. Collection at our accommodation:
we collect additional personal information during check-in at our hotel property including information required by local laws.
2) PURPOSE OF PROCESSING
The processing of data is aimed at the following purposes:
managing customer relationships (managing reservations, issuing receipts, quotes), fulfilling any contractual obligations, managing disputes, and complying with regulatory obligations, in particular accounting and tax obligations; in a variety of ways, for example, to provide and personalize the services you request and expect from our accommodation facility in the case of booking your stay, to offer you the expected level of hospitality in the room as described in more detail below:
2a) RELATED TO THE SERVICE
- to send (after Your written consent) promotional offers on our services and updates on rates and offers via email;
- to process, with written consent, sensitive data voluntarily provided by you in order to offer a better level of hospitality at our hotel facility.
2b) FURTHER PURPOSES
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, as part of their normal operation, some personal data the transmission of which is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified individuals, but by its very nature, through processing and association with data held by third parties, it could allow users to be identified.
This data category includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the site, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error…), and other parameters related to the user's operating system and computer environment.
This data is used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning, and is deleted immediately after processing.
The data could also be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the site.

5) NATURE OF DATA PROVISION

6) REFUSAL TO PROVIDE DATA
The data subject may refuse to provide the Controller with their browsing data.

No data resulting from the web service (navigation data as specified above and cookies) is communicated or disclosed (except for communication to judicial or police authorities if necessary).
The data is processed by the Data Controller and/or by personnel specifically appointed in writing to process the data (administrative staff and public relations officers, both internal and external to the Company, personnel responsible for managing information systems, also external to the Company, who may perform system administrator functions and are appointed as such, marketing sector personnel external to the Company, data processors and their collaborators, personnel responsible for the specific sector to which a request is directed, personnel responsible for managing the site, also external to the Company) only when the processing is necessary for the performance of their duties, carrying out only the operations necessary for the performance of those tasks.
They may also be processed by data processors (including companies external to the Company carrying out shipping, marketing, and server management and conservation activities).
The data provided by the user may be disclosed to subjects for whom there is a legal obligation to communicate or a need to communicate in order to assert a legitimate right of the company with the competent authorities.
8) STORAGE TIMES
Data is processed for the time necessary to provide the service requested by the User, or required for the purposes described in this document.
The User can always, at any time, request the interruption of processing or the deletion and/or limitation of data.

The Data Controller does not transfer personal data to third countries or international organizations.
10) REVOCATION OF CONSENT
With reference to art. 23 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 and art. 6 of GDPR 679/16, the data subject may revoke consent at any time.
11) RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECTS

12) LODGING A COMPLAINT
