For the installation of such cookies, the prior consent of users is not required, while the obligation to provide information in accordance with art. 13 of the Personal Data Protection Code remains, which the website operator, if only using these devices, may provide in the manner deemed most appropriate.

b) Profiling cookies
Profiling cookies are intended to create user profiles and are used to send advertising messages in line with the preferences expressed by the user while browsing the network. European and Italian regulations require that users be properly informed about their use and give their valid consent.
Article 122 of the Code refers to them, providing that "the storage of information in the terminal equipment of a contracting party or user or access to information already stored is allowed only on condition that the contracting party or user has expressed their consent after being informed with the simplified methods provided for in article 13, paragraph 3" (art. 122, paragraph 1, of the Personal Data Protection Code).

c) Third-party cookies for marketing/retargeting
Third-party cookies are used by third-party companies and allow the user to view advertising banners on other affiliate sites displaying the latest products viewed on the AL BUTTASELLA site. Furthermore, while browsing the AL BUTTASELLA site, these cookies are used to show you products that may be of interest and similar to those previously viewed.
